To ensure the safe arrival of your media and ensure a greater degree of recovery of your data, please package your drive carefully.  This step is critical.

To protect the media against damage from static electricity, please wrap the drive in antistatic material.

Packing the drive in a box twice the size of the drive will aid in avoiding impact related shipping damage.  Use foam, bubble or any anti-shock / vibration material.

Please fill out the evaluation form as thoroughly as possible, print it, and include a copy with your package.

For MFM, RLL, & ESDI drives, please include the controller card.

Shipping via Federal Express, UPS, Airborne or DHL (globally) for next day or two-day service is recommended. This method is the easiest, quickest, and most cost effective.  Should you need to ship other than FedEx, UPS, Airborne or DHL, we suggest using an Air Next Day Service to avoid possible costs and delays associated with border brokerage and customs.

For Customs purposes, a Commercial Invoice must also accompany your package. Please add the description of your drive, make, model and country of manufacture along with your company address.
