At the time that we provide you with a quote, we will have determined the problem that your media has suffered. Upon quote approval, we then can determine the validity of your data. We will make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with the data that you receive from us. If we are unable to recover data, there will be no charge other than shipping costs. To further assure customer satisfaction, it is our policy to hold the media that you have sent us until after you have received your recovered data from us. Once you are satisfied with the data you receive, at your request we will either destroy your media or send it back to you. We are not satisfied until you are satisfied! |
