"What will happen to my data once I have sent in my media?"  At RCR Concepts, we want to reassure you that we will make every effort to ensure a successful recovery in a timely manner.  An outline of a typical recovery is below.  Again, please feel free to call us with any questions.

  1. When we receive your drive, we will contact you to confirm your job number and discuss any questions that you may have.

  2. We will examine your media to determine if your data is recoverable and then work up a firm estimate.  Again, other than shipping costs, there is no charge for this service.

  3. You will be contacted with the details of our examination and sent a quote form.

  4. Once the go ahead is given, we will require you to fax us a signed copy of the quote form in order to proceed. Should the quote be declined, your media is sent back.  Shipping would be the only costs incurred.

  5. After the data is recovered and payment is received, your data will be returned via your choice of the following methods: FTP, DVD, CD (or multiple CDs), Hard Drive or on a similar form of media to that of your original.

  6. We will usually retain your original media (unless directed otherwise by the customer) until the customer receives the data and is satisfied.  If you don't wish to have the drive returned, we will send a form for the customer to sign and return authorizing RCR Concepts to permanently destroy your media.
